If a school or organisation contacts us about workshops, we may collect information such as:

  • school/organisation name, address, contact person and contact details

  • year group(s), student numbers per session, session timing and logistics

  • invoicing details (including PO/reference numbers)

  • relevant onsite safety/logistics information needed to deliver the workshop.

We generally do not require student names or personal medical details for workshop enquiries unless there is a specific and necessary reason to do so.

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who help us operate our business and website, such as:
